The report details progress made toward the priorities established in the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. These priorities include improving housing stability, improving economic mobility, and fostering thriving neighborhoods.
These initiatives guide the implementation of formula grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These grants include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
