The Utah County Clerk will conduct logic and accuracy testing for automatic tabulating equipment on October 1, 2026, according to a September 18 notice.
The testing, which is open to the public, is being held in accordance with Utah Code § 20A-4-104(1) prior to the General Election scheduled for November 3, 2026.
The testing will begin at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the Utah County Administration Building's Ballot Processing Center, located at 100 E Center Street, Room LL700, in Provo.
This testing will cover equipment used for federal, state, and county races within Utah County.
Individuals requiring special accommodations during the meeting can notify the Utah County Clerk's Office. The building provides handicap parking and a level entrance, and interpretation services are available with prior notice.
