The Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, according to a notice published August 28. The session is scheduled to include a work session at 6:30 PM followed by a regular meeting at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
A public hearing is scheduled regarding a subdivision and plat amendment application. Applicant Luke Martineau is requesting consideration of the Phoenix Way PUD Subdivision and Development Agreement. This proposal involves 15 lots on approximately 7.9 acres of property within the existing AE (Agriculture Estates) zone. The plan specifies that three of the lots will retain existing homes along Phoenix Way, resulting in 12 new lots.
The agenda also includes the approval of the August 20, 2026, Planning Commission minutes and reports from the City Council. Residents may listen to the meeting live or comment electronically via the Farmington City website. Emailed comments for public hearings must be submitted to crowe@farmington.utah.gov by 5 PM on the day of the meeting.
The meeting will be held at 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah. For special accommodations regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals should contact City Recorder DeAnn Carlile at 801-939-9206 at least 24 hours in advance.
