The Rocky Ridge Town Council is scheduled to hold a town meeting on Oct. 21, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. According to a Oct. 19 notice, the meeting will take place at Town Hall and is expected to conclude by 9:00 p.m.
The agenda for the scheduled meeting includes the approval of September minutes and a community update from Jess Peterson, an R6 Advisor. Unfinished business items to be addressed include grant funding for a council chamber sound system and an e-bike and scooter safety rodeo, both noted by Neva Ray.
Departmental updates are planned for several areas, including EMS/CERT, water, roads, planning and zoning, administration, parks, and the library. The administration department is scheduled to review September expenses.
An open floor session will be held for citizen items and town council items. This session serves as an open forum for citizens to present ideas or concerns to the council, though no formal action can be taken on items raised during this time. All town meetings are recorded per state statute and are available to citizens upon request.
The meeting will be held at 195 E. Mountain Ridge Road, Rocky Ridge, UT 84645. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations or auxiliary communicative aids can contact Town Clerk Neva Ray at (435) 623-1249 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the staff, the council, or the public. A closed session may be called to order pursuant to Utah State Code 54-4-204 and 54-4-205.
