The Logan Municipal Council scheduled a public hearing for September 1, 2026, to consider several budget adjustments for the FY 2026-2027 budget. The meeting was set to begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Logan Municipal Council Chamber located at 290 North 100 West in Logan, Utah.
The proposed adjustments include appropriating $26,497 from enterprise fund reserves toward $883,206 for the implementation and first year of SAAS fees for replacing utility billing software. Additionally, the council will consider $172,366 for the 2027 RAPZ Tax Municipal Population Allocation.
Other budget considerations include $126,624 from a grant received by the Parks & Recreation Afterschool Program to support after school programs. The council will also review $450,000 in RAPZ funds received from Cache County for the Kunzler Trail Improvement Project.
