The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to address several local applications, according to a notice posted August 13.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road. Items on the agenda include a conditional use permit application for Quinn Private Lane to provide access for up to three lots at 1980 West 13400 South.
Additionally, the commission will review applications for OBO Auto Sales regarding a conditional use permit and commercial site plan for an auto dealer located at 2630 and 2610 West 12600 South. The commission will also consider an application for South View Estates to approve a preliminary residential subdivision of up to five lots on approximately 3.55 acres at 13660 South 1300 West.
