John Graziano has received the first 50-Years of Service Pin in the history of Jordan School District, according to a September 22 statement. Graziano has worked as a dedicated facilities services employee for fifty years.
Superintendent Godfrey personally delivered the pin to Graziano and offered a personal message of thanks. The two discussed changes seen over the years as Graziano shared stories of his tenure. Graziano began working for the district in 1976, shortly after high school, in a role known at the time as Labor Repair. He currently serves as the Facility Project Coordinator.
On the same day, Superintendent Godfrey also presented a 40-Years of Service Pin to Lynn Visser. Visser, who began working for the district in 1986 in Labor Repair/Grounds, now serves as the Assistant Director of Facility Services.
The district recognized both employees for their roles in supporting the education of thousands of students over their combined 90 years of employment within Jordan School District.
