Search and Rescue crews from the Salt Lake County Sheriff' Office assisted a hiker on Saturday night near Mount Olympus.
The hiker developed severe heat cramps, which left him unable to continue his descent from the area of the Mount Olympus saddle.
The incident began when the hiker contacted dispatch at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Salt Lake County Sheriff' Office crews responded to the scene to provide assistance following the report of the heat-related condition.
