Nicole Kunze is a photographer whose visual work has documented a variety of local scenes, ranging from community parades to local dining establishments. As of an August 22, 2026, article by the Lehi Historical Society, Kunze is identified as a contributor to the society's presentation of stories regarding Lehi Heritage Day 2026 honorees.
In a June 16, 2016, report regarding the Utah Firefighter Association Parade, Kunze provided photography of the event. Her images captured the American Fork Fire Department beginning the parade, as well as photographs of Tooele Fire Chiefs Rowe Harrison, Jim Millward, and Gary Coon. Her work also documented individuals participating in the festivities, such as Emil Kunze, who was photographed being soaked by a water gun.
Kunze has also served as a photographer for restaurant reviews. In a review published on August 10, 2018, regarding the Kitchen 88 take-away location at 648 E. State Road Suite N. in American Fork, Kunze provided several photographs. These images included a visual of a grilled tri-tip steak over mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas served with peri-peri sauce, a grilled pork tenderloin with fingerling potatoes and asparagus with sweet mustard sauce, the Kitchen 88 take-away location itself, and a version of a Big Mac which was a special offered at the location.
Additionally, Kunze provided photography for a March 15, 2024, review of Roll With It Creamery, located at 496 North 990 West in American Fork. Her photography for that feature included images of chocolate ice cream rolled with Oreo cookies and topped with peanut butter, as well as vanilla ice cream with raspberry mix-in and Nutella topping.
While Kunze's photography captures specific moments in time, her contributions to the Lehi Historical Society involve documented narratives of local residents. In the same August 22, 2026, document, the society noted that Kunze's work is part of the effort to present the stories of the 2026 honorees, such as Stan and Kathy Smith. The Smiths, who were selected as honorees for Lehi Heritage Day 2026, were scheduled to be celebrated on August 29, 2026, at the Lehi Civic Center.
