The Apple Valley Town Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, to address several municipal matters, according to a notice published Oct. 6. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr. in Apple Valley.
The scheduled hearings will cover four specific agenda items. The council will consider amending procurement procedures regarding multi-year contracts via Ordinance O-2026-24. Additionally, officials will hold hearings regarding the proposed vacation of portions of the Wildcat Road public right-of-way and the proposed dedication of Wildcat Road. The council will also discuss the proposed dedication of Coyote Crossing Road, specifically involving Parcel AV-1-3-5-211.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the hearings to present their views. Alternatively, residents may submit their views in writing at least 48 hours before the meeting by emailing clerk@applevalleyut.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations or auxiliary communicative aids should notify the Town at 435-877-1190 at least three business days in advance.
