Building Inspection, Plan Review and Planning Services

The Town of Apple Valley is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide building inspection, building plan review, planning and zoning review, fire protection review and inspection, and related professional services.

RFP Issued: September 28, 2026

Deadline for Written Questions: October 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM

Proposal Deadline: October 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM
