The North Ogden Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, September 2, 2026, to discuss an amendment to a development agreement, according to a August 24 notice.
The hearing, which was set to begin at 6:00 pm during a regularly scheduled meeting, will receive comments regarding a development agreement with Parkridge Inc. The proposal involves residential multi-family units integrated with a commercial building located at approximately 1700 N. Washington Blvd., identified as parcel number 11-464-0051.
The meeting was held in the Council Chambers at the Public Safety Building, located at 515 East 2600 North in North Ogden. Materials and staff reports were made available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.gov or at the North Ogden City Offices.
