A rodeo clown meet and greet was scheduled to be held at IFA in Ephraim. The event was organized to help residents gear up for the upcoming rodeo.
According to a notice from Mid-Utah Radio, the event was set to occur on Friday, August 28, from 11:00 a.m. to noon. During the gathering, the rodeo committee and a rodeo clown were scheduled to be present.
Participants at the event were offered the opportunity to receive tickets and swag. The rodeo clown was scheduled to appear alongside a longhorn steer named Jeffery.
