Notice of Public Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 21st, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Sandy City Community

Development Director will hold a public meeting regarding a final subdivision amendment submitted by Aaron Smith for the

property located at 830 E 9400 S. The request is for a boundary adjustment to expand Lot 8 of the Sandy Mall Subdivision to

include surrounding parking. This adjustment meets all of the requirements of the underlying zoning district.

This meeting will be conducted both in-person (in the Sandy City Community Development Department Conference Room

(Suite 220) at City Hall, 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy.), and via Zoom Webinar (see details below). Interested parties may attend

and participate in the meeting either in-person or by accessing the meeting using the Zoom webinar link below. Attendees

wishing to comment who are participating virtually must have a microphone connected to their device (smartphone, laptop,

desktop, etc.), otherwise you’ll only be able to view the proceedings. A listen-only option is also available by telephone using the

phone numbers provided below.

This notice is being sent to known property owners within 500 feet of this proposal. Please forward this information to others

who may be interested. Interested parties may provide comments prior to the meeting (no later than 11 a.m.) to Cache Hancey,

Senior Planner, at 801-568-7267 or by email at:

chancey@sandy.utah.gov.
