The Sandy City Community Development Director will hold a public meeting on Sept. 21, 2026, regarding a subdivision amendment, according to a Sept. 10 notice.
The meeting, scheduled for approximately 1:30 p.m., concerns a final subdivision amendment submitted by Aaron Smith for the property located at 830 E 9400 S. The proposal requests a boundary adjustment to expand Lot 8 of the Sandy Mall Subdivision to include surrounding parking. The notice states the adjustment meets all requirements of the underlying zoning district.
The meeting will be held in person at the Sandy City Community Development Department Conference Room, located at 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy., Suite 220, and virtually via Zoom Webinar. Those participating virtually must use a microphone to provide comments, though a listen-only option is available by telephone.
