A scheduled public meeting regarding a subdivision amendment in Sandy has been cancelled, according to a September 10 notice from the Sandy Planning Commission.
The meeting, which was originally scheduled for September 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., was intended to address a subdivision amendment submitted by Aaron Smith. The proposal requested a boundary adjustment to expand Lot 8 of the Sandy Mall Subdivision to include surrounding parking at 830 E 9400 S. The request was noted to meet all requirements of the underlying zoning district.
The Sandy City Community Development Director was scheduled to lead the meeting, which was planned to be held both in-person at the Sandy City Community Development Department Conference Room and via Zoom Webinar.
