Get to the River Festival encourages Utahns to take another look at Jordan River

The Jordan River has long carried a reputation for being dirty, polluted and, at times, unsafe. But organizers of the annual Get to the River Festival want Utahns to see the waterway differently. Rachel grew up paddling the Jordan River. This is our second date, they said.
