The Midvale City Council will hold a regular meeting on September 15, 2026, according to a September 10 public notice. The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at Midvale City Hall, located at 7505 South Holden Street.

The agenda includes public hearings regarding two proposed amendments to the Midvale Municipal Code. One involves modifying private street standards via Ordinance No. 2026-O-29, and the other involves eliminating rights-of-way adjacent to POD I via Ordinance No. 2026-O-30.
Other discussion items include a second amendment to the development agreement for The Midvale Mills Project and a second amendment to an interlocal agreement with the Salt Lake County Health Department for Uplift Midvale Coalition funding.
