The Redevelopment Agency of Midvale City will hold a meeting on Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 10. The meeting is scheduled to take place both in-person and electronically.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and will be broadcast on YouTube at 7:00 p.m. or immediately following the City Council Meeting. Public comments may be submitted electronically to the Board at Midvale.Utah.gov/PublicComment by 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2026.
Action items on the agenda include several resolutions. The board will consider Resolution No. 2026-23RDA regarding the Midvale Main Street Trick-or-Treat Decoration Grant Program. Additionally, the board will consider Resolution No. 2026-24RDA to approve a property lease agreement with Craft Lake City for hosting curated workshops in the Art House, and Resolution No. 2026-25RDA regarding a business loan agreement term sheet between the agency and Post Exchange, LLC dba The Vale.
The meeting agenda also includes a review of the minutes from the Sept. 1, 2026, meeting. The board may enter into a closed session to discuss matters such as litigation strategy, real property transactions, or individual professional competence.
