The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission has issued a notice for a public hearing scheduled for October 15, according to a September 4 statement. The meeting will be held at the Trenton Town Hall located at 17 East Main in Trenton, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes the presentation and approval of Ordinance No. 2026-09-15. Other items on the agenda include property zoning questions from Roger Nelson, approval of Ordinance # 2026-06-01-Internal Accessory Dwelling Unit Approval, and subdivision ordinance approval.
Chairperson Mathis will call the meeting to order. The commission will also address the approval of minutes from July 21, 2026. Public comments will be permitted, though they are limited to five minutes and no action can be taken on those matters during that time.
The commission may vote to enter an executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5. Individuals requiring special accommodations for the meeting should notify Town Recorder Katie Downs at least 24 hours in advance.
