In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following
ordinances on October 12, 2026:
Ordinance 26-69, Approving the Vacation of the Parkview B Medical Office Condominium Plat
Generally Located at Approximately 1151 East 3900 South. The ordinance vacates the Parkview
B Medical Office Condominium Plat as set forth in Utah Code Section 10-20-812.
Ordinance 26-70, Regarding Proposed Compensation Increases for Certain Statutory Officers.
The ordinance approved compensation increases for certain department directors.
