The South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, to review two conditional use permit applications, according to a notice published Sept. 14.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM at South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive. Residents may also attend virtually via Zoom, though the city noted that connection quality depends on individual internet service.
The agenda includes reviewing a master auto tech conditional use permit for 11048 Redwood Road, submitted by David George. The commission will also review a conditional use permit for John Patrick University located at 10542 S. Jordan Gateway, submitted by Glenn Noble and John Patrick University.
Public comment is limited to in-person attendance or written submissions. Written comments must be emailed to Greg Schindler at gschindler@sjc.utah.gov by 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2026. Individuals requiring special accommodations should notify the City Planner at 801-446-HELP (4357) at least 24 hours before the meeting.
