Glendale Town scheduled a public hearing for August 6, 2026, regarding a bond resolution for a water project at Hops Well, according to a meeting agenda published August 5.
The meeting was scheduled to call to order at 6:30 P.M. for a CIB hearing. The agenda included administrative items such as a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance.
The primary agenda item for the hearing was the Final Bond Resolution for the water project located at Hops Well.
Phase 1 of the Glendale Regional Park redevelopment opened to the public in December 2025. The Salt Lake City Public Lands project delivers new park amenities after community-informed planning, with Phase 2 construction still anticipated to begin in 2026.
