The Brian Head Town Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., according to an agenda published September 18. The meeting will take place at the Brian Head Town Hall Council Chambers and via Zoom.
The council will consider several agenda items during the meeting. These include a resolution to amend the Construction Mitigation Policy for the winter right-of-way, presented by Planning & Building Administrator Greg Sant. Additionally, Town Manager Bret Howser will present a proposal for a pocket park in Steam Engine Meadows and lead a discussion regarding Bobcat Road. The council will also consider a contract award for engineering services for a waterline from Snowman Rd. to Lookout Circle.
The meeting agenda also includes employee recognition for Deputy Caylor Mathews and Sgt. Jon Bettridge for five years of service. The council will review the minutes from the Aug. 25, 2026, Town Council Meeting and allow for public input on non-agenda items, which is limited to three minutes per person.
