The Rockville Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting and a work meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, according to a September 1 notice. The meeting will take place at the Rockville Community Center Town Hall located at 43 E. Main in Rockville, Utah.
The regular meeting is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. and includes several agenda items. The commission will consider a conditional use permit transfer for 225 East Main for Jennifer McKenzie and a sign permit for Z-Arts at 800 East Main. Additionally, the commission will review the minutes from the Aug. 11, 2026, regular meeting and work meeting.
Following the regular meeting, the commission will transition to a work meeting. The agenda for the work meeting includes discussion and review of updates and clarifications for the land use code.
Public comments are permitted for residents or property owners of Rockville, provided they sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at PO Box 630206, Rockville, UT 84763 or via email at rockville@rockvilleutah.org by the Friday prior to the meeting.
