NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:

1.  Consider a proposed PDC Amendment and Site Plan application for Lot 1 of the Silverado Santa Clara Amended Commercial Subdivision (attached). Lot 1 is 0.76 acres in size. Utah First Credit Union UFCU proposes a 3,300 square foot credit union building on the subject property. The subject property was rezoned to Planned Development Commercial PDC on July 9, 2025, allowing for commercial development on the property.

Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.

In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
