The Washington Land Use Authority scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. to consider a land use amendment. The meeting was set to be hosted at Washington City Hall, located at 111 North 100 East in Washington, Utah.
The hearing was intended to consider and potentially approve a Final Plat Partial Amendment for Finley Farms Phase 5. The project is located at 4371 South 545 East and 4393 South 545 East, with Troy Riding listed as the applicant.
Attendees were able to view the meeting via YouTube Live at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The public could also participate in person or submit comments through the Items Available for Public Comment portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The portal for comments was scheduled to open the Friday before the meeting and remain available until 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding the meeting.
