The St. George Housing Authority scheduled a board meeting for Sept. 15, 2026, according to a public notice published Sept. 14. The meeting is set to take place at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101 in St. George.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes the approval of minutes from the Aug. 11, 2026, board meeting and a review of September 2026 Housing Assistance Reports (HAP). Board members are also scheduled to discuss the 2026-2027 SGHA budget and the SGHA shortfall.
Additional agenda items include reports on SEMAP and REAC reporting, a report from Jane Fehrenbacker on DSM, and a report from Steve Kemp of the City Council. The meeting will also include reports from board members and the Housing Director. The board may request a closed meeting to discuss matters regarding litigation, security, property acquisition or sale, or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
The St. George Housing Authority aims to assist low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing to help them achieve self-sufficiency.
