The St. George Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, to consider a planned development amendment for a proposed Les Schwab Tire Center, according to a September 11 notice.
The hearing, which is set for 5:00 p.m. at the St. George City Offices located at 61 S. Main Street, will involve a request to amend the Lin's Market River Road PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone. The amendment would allow for the construction of an 8,208 square foot Les Schwab Tire Shop, a use permitted within the zone. The proposed site is located north of the intersection of River Road and Quary Ridge Drive.
The applicant for the project is Graham Engineering, represented by Zack Graham. The matter is being reviewed under Case No. 2026-PDA-018.
