Springville High School has announced its master calendar for the 2025-2026 choir season. Under the direction of Dr. Cory J. Mendenhall, the choral program features a variety of performances and regional engagements scheduled throughout the upcoming academic year.
The upcoming season begins with a choir concert scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, at 7pm in the SHS Auditorium. Following this, the choir will perform at Temple Square on Monday, December 8, at 7pm, and host a holiday concert on Wednesday, December 10, at 7pm in the SHS Auditorium.
In the spring, the program includes a choir tour from March 12 through March 17. Regional events include the Region Choir at Payson High School on April 15 and the Region Training Choir at Wasatch High School on April 22. The season will conclude with the Bring Down the House Spectacular on May 7-9 at 7pm in the SHS Auditorium.
Dr. Cory J. Mendenhall serves as the Director of Choral Ensembles at Springville High School. He also serves as the choral director for the Missionary Training Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Provo, Utah. Dr. Mendenhall is the founder and artistic director of Intermountain Choral Artists and Symphony Orchestra and has previously held directorship roles at Maple Mountain High School and Provo High School.
