The Salt Lake County Board of Health scheduled a meeting for August 6, 2026, at the County Government Center, N2-800, according to an agenda published August 3.
The meeting, which was set to begin at 7:30 AM, included an agenda to be led by 1st Chair Steve Chambers. The scheduled items included a call to order, citizen public comment, and the approval of minutes from the June 4, 2026, Board of Health meeting.
Scheduled reports included a Chair’s Report by Steve Chambers and a Director’s Report by Executive Director Dorothy Adams. Additionally, Epidemiology Supervisor Jenny Robertson was scheduled to provide an overview of the Community Health Assessment.
The agenda also included Open Meetings Training to be presented by Deputy District Attorney Stacia Sidlow. For the public comment portion, the Chair was scheduled to manage comments, which are typically limited to 2-3 minutes per person. Individuals unable to comment during the allotted time could submit comments to the Board of Health email at boh@saltlakecounty.gov.
Board members had the option to attend the meeting electronically through Webex using a specific phone number and access code provided in the agenda.
