Art City Elementary has released several updates regarding student achievements, school events, and upcoming academic milestones. According to information on the school's website, the school has been recognizing students for positive character traits and academic milestones.
The school utilizes a recognition program where teachers and staff nominate students for the Top Eagle award. Each month, one student from every grade level is recognized during a Stand Strong assembly for going above and beyond. Additionally, teachers select two students per class monthly who demonstrate Stand Strong behaviors and positive character traits.
Academic milestones were also noted, including a first-grade class that completed 400 I-Ready lessons. The school also celebrated a Level-Up day on March 20, 2026, as part of the school's theme, Level Up to Excellence.
In community and district support, Tabitha's Way held the Gear Up For School event at Landmark High School on August 1, 2026, providing backpacks to school-aged children. Furthermore, the Nebo School District announced that free and reduced lunch applications are open for the 2026-27 school year via the LINQ app.
