Utopia Generator Installation Project Details
The proposed project involves the installation of generators on existing Utopia cabinet sites throughout the city. Specifically, the plan covers four distinct locations within Orem: 1012 S 200 West, 150 W 800 South, 624 N 400 West, and 1863 S 400 West.
PH Tennis Center Plat Amendment Review
The committee will also evaluate a plat amendment for the PH Tennis Center, which is situated around 92 E 800 North. This review follows the committee's previous meeting held on June 22, 2026, for which minutes are scheduled for formal approval during Monday's session.
Seasonal Fireworks Site Plan Applications
