In a report published August 19, Box Elder County announced a public hearing to discuss the creation of an Agricultural Protection Area in the Elwood area of unincorporated Box Elder County.
The hearing was scheduled for September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Box Elder County Courthouse.
The meeting was held at 1 S Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302. According to the notice, all interested parties were invited to attend the hearing to provide public input regarding the proposal.
