Maeser Prep has released its June 19 updates, detailing upcoming changes to school uniforms, summer programming, and athletic opportunities. The announcement includes a timeline for transitioning to a new school logo and the availability of digital gift codes for school uniforms from Tommy Hilfiger.
Uniform Discount and Gift Codes
Families can receive $50 digital gift codes for School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger, with one code provided per family. These codes are valid through September 30, 2026, and can be used alongside the school's 10% Back-To-School Promotion in August. To obtain a unique code, parents must email uniforms@maeserprep.org.
New Logo Transition Timeline
The school is also phasing in a new logo on all newly purchased uniforms. Middle school uniforms must feature the new logo by the start of the 2027-28 school year, while high school uniforms have until the 2029-30 school year to comply. Effective immediately, middle school uniforms with the old logo will no longer be sold at Maeser's Used Uniform sales.
Summer Athletics and Programs
Athletic training and summer programs are also underway. High school girls soccer workouts will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Aspen Elementary. Middle school girls volleyball open gyms are scheduled for various dates throughout July and August.
Cross Country and Summer Reading
For cross country athletes, Coach Nolan is available via email for those interested in summer training. Additionally, the 2026 Summer Reading Program features the community text Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.
Administrative Maintenance and Schedules
Regarding administrative updates, PowerSchool will be offline for summer maintenance from June 22 through August 7. The counseling office is closed for the summer and will reopen on August 3, at which time student schedules for the 2026-27 year will be available in PowerSchool on August 7.
Updated Board Meeting Schedule
