Maeser Prep has released an update detailing school calendars, fee schedules, and various upcoming activities and announcements for the 2026-27 school year. The notice provides information for parents and students regarding lunch options, volunteer opportunities, and sports tryouts.
According to the school, the 2026-27 academic and activities calendars and the fee schedule are available on the school website under the Portal section. Parents are asked to notify the school via email if enrollment plans for the 2026-27 year have changed.
Lunch options for the week include Chick-fil-A on Mondays, Costa Vida on Tuesdays, Little Caesar’s Pizza on Wednesdays, and Yummy’s Korean Barbecue on Thursdays. Pre-order forms are available for several of these options. For students bringing lunch from home, microwaves are available in the lunchroom, though the school does not provide refrigerator facilities.
Several extracurricular meetings and auditions are scheduled. A theatre information meeting is set for August 18 at 3:45 PM, and auditions for the musical Little Women will take place on August 21 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The FTC Robotics information meeting is scheduled for August 19 at 3:45 PM in Mr. Peavler’s room.
Sports announcements include meetings for high school and middle school cross country. Tryouts for middle school girls volleyball are scheduled for August 20 and August 21, while middle school boys soccer tryouts are set for August 20 and August 21. The school also noted that students playing sports must provide physicals for eligibility.
The Maeser Board has changed its meeting schedule to the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings will be held in the Maeser Library and online. Additionally, the school is seeking donations of individually wrapped candy for the counseling team and is actively interviewing for new team members due to school expansion.
