Clinton City scheduled a public hearing for August 25, 2026, to discuss amendments to Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards. The meeting was set to take place at the Clinton Council Chambers.
Clinton City scheduled two public hearings for August 25, 2026, to address the proposed West Clinton Annexation and updates to Accessory Dwelling Unit standards. The meetings will take place at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Clinton Council Chambers.
The Clinton City Council discussed creating new committees to increase council involvement and improve communication with staff. Proposed committees include advisory groups for communications, heritage days, code review, audit, and emergency preparedness.
Clinton is rolling out recycling carts with pickups scheduled to begin the week of August 17. The city will also celebrate its 90th anniversary of incorporation on August 17, 2026.
Clinton Elementary held a Starry Night Read-A-Thon on July 20. The event featured Librarian Mrs. Mitani and was supported by Utah Community Builders.
