The Lehi City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on September 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on several items. The meeting will take place in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers at 131 North 100 East.
The agenda includes a request from Adam Albrecht for an exception for the Garden Park Subdivision to revise a 6-foot no climb fence to an 8-foot wall near 500 S Center Street. Additionally, the commission will consider AT&T's request for conditional use approval to place a telecommunications antenna on top of Primary Children's Hospital at 2250 North Miller Campus Drive.
Other items on the agenda involve requests for exceptions regarding glass requirements for the Alpine Bible Church at 710 West Main Street and the Outlets at Traverse Mountain Storage Building at 3800 Cabela's Boulevard. The commission will also review a request from Lehi City to amend Chapter 29 of the Development Code to clarify the development agreement process.
