PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The Iron County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action at their regularly scheduled
meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 E,
Parowan, Utah.
The hearings are to receive public comment on a proposed “Development Agreement Amendment
between Iron County and Equestrian Trails Ranch, LLC. – regarding the planned
development of approximately 264 acres of undeveloped real property located within
Sections 18, Township 35 South, Range 11 West within Iron County, Utah. The applicant is
requesting to amend the agreement to allow a maximum of 64 twin home lots.”
