NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will
hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 14, 2026 at
6:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Office, 15 North Church
Street, Eureka, Utah 84628.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on
the following item:
1. Declaring a piece of city owned property that lies
adjacent to/in between two properties owned by
Irma Marcela Navarro Casasola as surplus
property upon request to purchase said property
for the purpose of combining their lots. (See
Attachment A)
