The Town of Dutch John is formally soliciting proposals from licensed and qualified emergency medical service providers to deliver reliable, high-quality, and financially sustainable 911 emergency medical and ambulance transportation services to our community.
Overview & Objectives
Due to our unique rural location and seasonal surges related to Flaming Gorge Reservoir and the Green River, the Town requires an EMS provider capable of handling standard emergency responses as well as recreational, water-related, and remote-area incidents.
This RFP satisfies the municipal service evaluation requirements established under Utah Code § 11-48-103.

Proposals must be delivered via physical hard copy to the Town Office. Electronic (email) submissions will not be accepted.
