The meeting was originally slated to occur at 7:00 PM at 530 South Blvd in Dutch John, Utah. The agenda for the session was intended to include a call to order, the establishment of voting members, a consent agenda covering meeting minutes and building permits, and public comment. The meeting was also intended to feature reports from the Mayor and the Land Use Administrator.
