The USA BMX Great Salt Lake Nationals returns to Syracuse, Utah, from August 7-9 at Antelope BMX. The event brings national-level competition and community celebration to the region, featuring athletes from across the country.
This weekend of racing serves as stop number 23 of the 2026 USA BMX National Series and stop six of the 2026 USA BMX Pro Series.
The three-day competition will be held at Antelope BMX, located at 2261 W 3060 South in Syracuse. Racing is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Zach Randall, the track operator at Antelope BMX, stated that the track is thrilled to welcome racers and their families. He noted that the crew has been working tirelessly to prepare for the Great Salt Lake Nationals and looks forward to seeing top riders from around the country.
Professional riders will compete in the USA BMX Pro Series, which serves as a season-long test of skill and resilience. Two-time National #1 Pro Cam Wood will begin his quest for a third pro title during the event in Utah, alongside professional riders from around the globe.
Jessica Merrill, managing director of Discover Davis, said the event demonstrates what the community can deliver when working together, providing a boost for local businesses and showcasing a welcoming community to visitors.
Visitors to the area can explore local attractions such as Antelope Island State Park, the Great Salt Lake, or Jensen Nature Park. Admission to the event is free, though parking is $10 per day.
