The Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee was scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at the Wales Town Hall, according to a notice published Sept. 11.
The meeting was set to begin at approximately 7:00 PM at 150 N State St. According to the agenda, the committee was scheduled to review and approve minutes from committee meetings held on Aug. 4 and Aug. 18, 2026.
Several petitions and communications were listed for consideration, including a review and amendment of lot dimensions for the Brotherson subdivision at 30 N State St. The agenda also included a building permit application from the Steele family for a residence at 50 N State St., and a request from Kevin Washburn regarding subdividing the lot at 95 S 100 East. Other items included a clarification of subdivision requirements from Debi Gull, the Roberts/Walker subdivision involving Cory Walker, and a draft for a fence-only application checklist.
Deputy Town Clerk Doug McMullin certified that the agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice website, the Wales Town website, and the Wales Town Hall notice boards, and was emailed to Wales Town citizens on Sept. 14, 2026.
