The Mountain Green Fire Protection District Board of Trustees has announced a meeting scheduled for Monday, September 14, 2026. The meeting is set to take place at the Mountain Green Fire Station, located at 4565 W. Old Highway in Mountain Green, Utah, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
The agenda for the meeting includes a review of the fraud risk assessment as per state requirements and an action plan for the 2025 AUP review. Trustees will also review the 2025 completed financial report and budget versus actuals, along with 2026 year-to-date account balances and expenses versus budget.
Other scheduled discussion items include a chief's report and staffing update, an update regarding fire house expansion involving electric and contractor matters, and a review of the website operational process fee. The board will also discuss MGFPD bylaws regarding the election and trustee appointment process.
The meeting will include a public comment period and the approval of minutes from the July 13, 2026, meeting. The next board meeting is scheduled for November 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
