The Morgan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider updates to Morgan County's General Plan and Resource Management Plan. According to a October 28 statement, the hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 6:30 pm.
The meeting will take place in the County Commission Meeting Room located at the Morgan County Courthouse at 48 West Young Street in Morgan, Utah. The public is invited to participate in all county meetings regarding these matters.
Following the planning commission hearing, the Morgan County Commission is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, at 6:00 pm or thereafter. This meeting will also involve consideration and possible action regarding the updated General Plan and Resource Management Plan.

The Commission may vote to discuss items in Executive Session as provided by Utah Code Ann. & 52-4-4 and 52-4-5.
