The Nephi City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to review zone change requests. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi.
The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment regarding requests to rezone specific properties. The requests include a zone change for Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the Plat A subdivision by Rick Carlton, as well as a request by Matt Evans for the Bryce Landing Plat B HOA to rezone all lots in that subdivision.
The proposed changes would move the properties from the CU1 (Combined Use 1) zone to the CU2 (Combined Use 2) zone with a PUD overlay.
A map detailing the area subject to these requests is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
