Former Utah football standouts Travis Wilson and Kenneth Scott will host a football camp on the Utes Reservation next week, scheduled for June 23-24 at Union High School in Roosevelt.

The camp is being organized through Athletes For Life to provide football instruction and mentorship to young athletes. According to KSL Sports, the former quarterback-wide receiver duo intends for the event to focus on more than just athletic drills, emphasizing community connection and the value of relationships.
Motivation for hosting the event
Kenneth Scott said the opportunity arose when he was contacted by Athletes For Life regarding a camp for children on the tribe. Scott noted that he specifically wanted to bring former teammates like Wilson to serve as coaches because of their shared history and commitment to the community.
Wilson's personal commitment to coaching
Travis Wilson, a former Utah quarterback who once played for the Los Angeles Rams, described participating in the camp as a "no-brainer." Wilson, who led the Utes to the most wins by a quarterback in school history, said he hopes to share his personal journey and experiences with the participants.
A reunion of former teammates
The event also serves as a reunion for the two players, whose careers were linked by significant moments, such as when Scott caught Wilson's first and final touchdown passes at the University of Utah.
