Aspen Peaks and Timpanogos school districts are extending their partnership to provide support for alternative education through the year 2030.
As communities adapt to change and school district boundaries shift, the two districts are working to ensure that support for students remains constant.
The extension of this partnership comes as part of a period of transition for local educational organizations. Earlier this year, successor organizations to Alpine School District approved an agreement regarding the distribution of assets and liabilities to ensure a smooth transition.
In Eagle Mountain, Alpine School District is preparing to open a new school this summer. The unnamed school is located west of Cedar Valley High School in the new Pinna development.
