Nancy Lydia Golding passed away peacefully in Price, Utah, on the morning of August 2, 2026. She was 74 years old. Born on March 6, 1952, Golding was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
Golding was known for her dedication to homemaking and raising her family. She enjoyed activities such as crocheting, decorating cakes, and spending time in nature, including camping trips in the Utah mountains and time spent in Galveston, Texas.
She is survived by her siblings, Karen, Keith (Faye), and Peggy. Her children include Loriena (David), Lorna (Danny), Jason (Marc), Lois (Robert), Judi (Levi), Lucas (Carlie), and Sarah (David). She also leaves behind 25 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Golding was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Lila Golding, as well as siblings David Golding, Danny Golding, and Grace Golding, and brother-in-law Ralph, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026. Visitation will take place Friday evening from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at Castle Valley Funerals & Cremations in Price, and Saturday morning at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Miller Creek Ward Chapel in Wellington, followed by interment at the Wellington City Cemetery.
